Appointments are booked through Booksy or by calling the shop. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another client.
If you are running late, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule your appointment so that the clients after you are not delayed.
Prices are set in the shop and on our booking page and can change. The price you see when you book is the price you pay. Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
Your barber will discuss what you want before starting. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it. We do not offer refunds on services performed.
Please tell your barber about any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your service. We reserve the right to decline a service where we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.
Submitting an application through this site does not create an offer or a contract of employment. We will be in touch if there is a fit.
